Shipping and Delivery Policy 

Order Processing Time: 

  • Custom or commissioned pieces  take varied amounts of time to prepare. The estimated timeline for these will be provided during the order process. 
  • For completed works, all orders are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: 

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on your location and the size of the artwork.  
  • Delivery times vary by destination: 
  • Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.): Typically 5-10 business days, but there may be circumstances beyond my control that delay delivery. 
  • International Shipping: 10-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing, but there may be circumstances beyond my control that delay delivery.  
  • Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays or unforeseen circumstances. 

Packaging: 

  • I take great care to ensure that your artwork arrives in perfect condition. All pieces are securely packaged using high-quality materials to protect against damage during transit. 
  • Paintings and prints are typically shipped in sturdy, reinforced packaging, while small sculptures are cushioned and boxed for safety. 

Shipping Methods: 

  • I primarily use USPS for shipping as I have a long history of good results with them as a business patron. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its progress. 
  • For high-value items, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the artwork reaches you safely. 

International Shipping: 

  • I am happy to ship internationally! Please note that buyers are responsible for shipping costs including any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Returns and Exchanges: 

  • I hope you love your artwork! However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. 
  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. In such cases, I will cover the return shipping costs and work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or a refund. 
  • Custom or commissioned pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Lost or Damaged Items: 

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. I will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary. 
  • If your order is lost in transit, I will work with the carrier to locate it. If it cannot be found, I will provide a replacement or refund.
