Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges: 

  • Insurance:  I take great care to ensure that your artwork arrives safely, and I understand how important it is for you to receive it in perfect condition. For your peace of mind, all artworks are fully insured during shipping through the shipping company. This means that in the rare event of damage or loss during transit, your purchase is protected. 
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. If the artworks inside the packaging are damaged, I will file an insurance claim with the shipping company and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary and appropriate. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I’m committed to ensuring that your experience is smooth and worry-free. 
  • Original Artwork and Sculptures: Due to the unique nature of original artwork and sculptures, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. 
  • Prints and Reproductions: I offer returns and exchanges on prints and reproductions if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. 
  • Custom or Commissioned Work: All sales of custom or commissioned artwork are final. These pieces are made specifically for you, and therefore, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these items. 

Return Process: 

  1. Contact Me: If you need to return an item, please contact me at hello@kelliesnider.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your name, an order number if available, your shipping address, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage or defects.  
  1. Return Authorization: If your return is approved, I will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back. Please do not return items without first contacting me for instructions. 
  1. Packaging and Shipping: To ensure the item is returned safely, please use the original packaging or similar protective materials. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to damage or defect. 
  1. Refunds: Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Damaged or Defective Items: 

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. I will work with you to either repair or replace the item, or issue a refund if necessary and appropriate. Please save all packaging materials until the issue is resolved. 

Non-Returnable Items: 

  • Custom or commissioned pieces 
  • Items that have been altered or damaged after delivery 
  • Digital products
