Badger began getting very sick last October. He lost a lot of weight and had significant pain. It turned out to be hyperthyroidism and pancreatitis, and the jury is still out on the vestibular component.
Tonight the little Bubba brought me a toy mouse for fetching. We played several rounds before he left it in the bathroom for later. My heart is so happy. This means he feels well enough to initiate play. This is a pretty big deal around here. This dorky little guy feels pretty good This evening. ❤️ 💙
